Correct slow and skipping music in Guitar Hero World Tour PC

imagesIs the music in guitar hero world tour skippy as if you were listening to a scratched CD? The solution may be this:

The default bit rate of your sound card is set too high (studio quality or so). you should find the default bitrate in your sound card’s control panel and reduce it.

The easiest way to do this (in windows vista) is right clicking the speaker icon next to the clock in the taskbar and select  ”playback devices” double click your default speakers icon, and click advanced.

Change the default format to 16 bit 44100 (CD  quality) save everything and close.

Start the game now it should work fine. no more skipping. It’s time for you to rock the world with 5 notes :~

I’m currently working on enabling normal game controllers to work for the game to enable multiplayer band modes. Any Ideas?

  2. I have just completed the game on Normal difficulty.
The best song I unlocked was B.Y.O.B by System of a down. I can play it with my eyes closed

  6. Hi

You can start by telling me if it is slow, unsynchronized, or skippy like an old CD, also what are the specs of your PC, may be you just have an old PC?

Tell me what you're thinking...
